At whitematterlab we love to design simple, smart & future proof interventions for organizational development & change. The basis for that is permanent dialogue.

An important part of our philosophy is to facilitate
a dialogue between you and your team to critically reflect on the why, what and how of any intervention. To become aware of assumptions, believes or preconceptions that might slow things down once the designed intervention has been kicked off and you have to go back to the drawing table or add another round of communication.

Obviously we will make sure you and your team will be equipped with the necessary critical thinking skills for this and any future dialogue.
